SEVEN'S (11) did some work from a wide draw to race handy then petered out late when resuming over 1400m at the Gold Coast last start. Draws a better gate this time so Tommy Berry can give him every chance. Has won two from two in heavy going and it sets up beautifully for another success. CAVALRY MAN (4) has found the line with gusto at each of his three runs this prep, the latest offering a third over 1825m at Eagle Farm. Coming back to the mile on a smaller track is not ideal but he should be cherry ripe now and will be hard to hold out. EXPRESS PAYMENT (6) did his best work late to get up for third over 1350m here last Saturday. Fitter for two runs back from a spell and the mile is perfect at this stage of the prep. ALL KINDS OF FOLK (19) settled at the rear and couldn't get warm in a better race here seven days ago. Open to plenty of improvement at just the third run back. LARRIKIN ROGUE (10) returned in good order at the Gold Coast last start and will appreciate an extra 200m.
