STARDOM (5) led and gave a great sight at $31.00 but was overpowered and just missed the placings last start in the Listed Gold Coast Guineas over 1200m. Will press forward again and this slightly shorter trip is a good option. Sure to be there at the business end. SYLPH (9) also contested the GC Guineas last time out but after getting a mile back was never in contention. Finished third to Grafterburners over this trip last prep. Will be given away a big start but if she finds better ground out wide will be storming home. EARN TO BURN (1) quickened nicely in the heavy ground to get up for second in the Listed Mick Dittman over 1000m at Eagle Farm most recently. Ideally drawn and will be tough to hold out over a little more territory. ANGEL LADDER (10) led for home in the Mick Dittman but folded late when chasing the hat trick. Can run a cheeky race. PYROLYSIS (14) only won a maiden when resuming last start but it was a dominant performance. Plenty more to come.
