FAVOURITEHIGHLIGHT (2) had a tough draw when resuming at Maryborough so wasn't disgraced. Strikes at 50 per cent when second up so should be much improved and is well served by this more favourable barrier. NIVEKALON EAGLE (1) is another that had a tough draw on the back line when returning. With added fitness under the belt and the ace draw he could be a danger this time. MISS HERMES (4) didn't do a bad job when fifth at Bendigo last time out and did well to place from the back row prior. NORTHERN TERROR (6) has had a series of back row draw so is open to improvement returning to the front line.
