ALLGOOD VINNIE (3) has been a model of consistency, putting a string of placings together before a well-deserved success last start where he overcame a back row draw to score by 3.2 metres at Melton. Should enjoy a nice run from this favourable starting position so can strike again. LADY IN LINE (4) was solid again when fourth last start at Maryborough, beaten 3 metres. Came from the back row for a win at Ballarat the outing prior and will be at peak fitness now. TREACHEROUSTIMES (1) gets the ace draw and must be respected having come from wider barriers in winning three of his last four starts. MISTER FONZI (8) draws for a trail and is worth some thought after his last-start fourth at Bendigo.
