He has had seven weeks off since taking his record to 10 from 11 by beating older horses in the Wagga Cup but has been kept up to the mark with an easy trial win. Has won both visits to this circuit and is hard to go past from the ace draw. ANDRETTI (3) switches from NZ where he has been competitive in good company. Now with Jason Grimson and draws to play a role. CARDIGAN DAN (8) has had a month off since a last-start placing and easily won his other two starts at Melton this time in. Draws out was kept ticking over with trial win. ROMEO (4) jumps in class off his winning return at Geelong but ha some upside.
