BOSUN (2) missed in a photo finish two back before a 1.9L defeat on the Scarpside circuit here before a break. His recent trial was very impressive under Carbery who sticks with him first-up. Looks ready to go to another level this time in work. NAUGHTY LORD (4) tested himself on the WA Derby path, finishing 2.5L away in the Roberts before a short break. He's trialled well coming into this and has been close over this distance range previously. Needs some luck from the barrier, but it wouldn't surprise to see him storm over the top late in the race. RADIANT LIGHT (3) finished 1.9L from the winner at Ascot before the break and showed enough talent to suggest he won't be a maiden for much longer. Should get every chance in the run and a forward showing is expected first-up. BARRAQUITO (13) disappointed on debut but looks a more mature commodity this time in work. Can return with a bang. UXORIOUS (7) is likely to get back in the run but watch for him late in the race.
