MATRIARCH DAISY (5) has been good in coming for tougher draws to finish second in her two starts so far this campaign. Should be approaching peak fitness now so this could be her chance to break through. JUST LIKE NUGGET (6) has been competitive of late and kept the ball rolling last time when he came from this barrier and finished 2.8 metres from the winner in second. That made it three placings on the trot so his hoof is on the till. SOHO AMARYLLIS (1) draws much better than in her most recent appearance and was runner-up when fresh at Mildura prior. Should get every chance from this barrier. BETTING ATTACK (2) has yet to feature in two starts since a spell but came from the back row each time. Could be a big improver from a much better draw.
