PERFECT STRIDE (10) has taken on stronger company at his last couple but is much better placed having won a similar race to this three back. Has had close to eight weeks off but has been kept ticking over with three trials, winning the latest. DESSIE GEE (3) has switched from Victoria to the David Aiken yard since he was last seen coming from the back row for fifth at Melton last month. Has trialled for the new yard and draws well. RAVISHING SLOY (7) should find this easier than the last attempt and had been working towards a win prior, coming from a similar barrier to go under narrowly two back at Newcastle. MONTALBANO (8) must be considered having come from this barrier to finish runner-up in his last two outings at this circuit and distance.
