JET SPRINT (6) is overdue for a maiden success having placed at four of nine starts, the latest missing the frame when fifth at Launceston. Tends to run well here despite having never won. Leading chance. LEICA PHOENIX (1) jumped from the middle and safely held on debut at this track over 340m (22.28). Gets the coveted rails draw for the first time. This looks easier and expected to improve sharply. WYNBURN RITA (2) was a huge winner when making debut. Big chance on that form.
