NFL Pro Bowl Game Betting Odds - Bet on Who Will Win 2026 NFL Pro Bowl

Before the curtain closes on the 2025-26 NFL season, don’t forget or overlook the upcoming Pro Bowl. Played between the conference championship games and Super Bowl 60, the Pro Bowl is the NFL’s showcase of its best players, including Josh Allen, Nico Collins, and Puka Nacua.

Here at Stake Sportsbook, NFL betting is our bread and butter, so we’re here to tell you all about the NFL Pro Bowl and how you can bet on it.

What is the NFL Pro Bowl?

The NFL Pro Bowl is a fixture on the American football calendar that celebrates some of the finest of the current crop of players in the game. Much like in other major North American sports and their leagues, including the NBA, MLB, NHL, and MLS, the NFL hosts an All-Star game to give fans a chance to see the best of the best duke it out on the field. It pits the top talents from the AFC against the NFC to crown the best conference.

Any newcomers to the NFL need to know that the current format of the games is very different from what they might expect from an All-Star fixture. Despite being a celebration of the best players from the regular season, to minimise injuries to players, the football part of the day is a non-contact game. Furthermore, there are several different events held to determine if the AFC Championship is king or if the NFC can dominate.

When & Where is the 2026 NFL Pro Bowl?

The 2026 Pro Bowl Games, including a 7-on-7 flag football game, are scheduled for February 3, 2026. They will take place at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, which is close to Levi’s Stadium, which is the host of Super Bowl LX. This proximity will allow the NFL to integrate the Pro Bowl Games into pre-Super Bowl festivities.

Format & Schedule of the NFL Season

The NFL season features 18 weeks, with each team playing 17 games. After the season, seven teams from each conference make the playoffs. There are three rounds during the NFL playoffs, culminating in the AFC champion and NFC champion meeting in the Super Bowl.

NFL History and Recent Pro Bowl Winners

The NFL has been around since 1920, when it was known as the American Professional Football Association. The league’s biggest flashpoint came in 1970 when the NFL merged with the American Football League (AFL).

The Pro Bowl has its own particularly winding history, too. The very first NFL exhibition match was hosted all the way back in 1939 at Wrigley Field, a venue synonymous with baseball and not American football. Subsequently, it was played annually until World War II saw it put on hold in 1943.

It took until 1950 for something to take its place. This was when the Pro Bowl moniker was born and saw representative sides for the two conferences taking to the field. Prior to this, it had been the championship team against an All-Star roster. Since then, it has become something of a staple of the American football calendar.

For the 2022 season, the traditional Pro Bowl format was altered for player safety. Rather than an AFC-NFC game, the event is now called the Pro Bowl Games and features skills competitions and a flag football game. In the first three years of the new format, the NFC has been victorious, tying the all-time Pro Bowl series at 26 victories for each conference.
