Our winner predictions for BLAST Rivals Spring 2026

Team Vitality

Team Vitality has dominated professional Counter-Strike in recent years, winning the ESL Grand Slam in seasons 5 and 6. Their tournament wins this year alone have included IEM Krakow, PGL Cluj-Napoca, BLAST Open Spring, and IEM Rio. Naturally, they’re heavy favorites to win this tournament too. They have a relatively comfortable opening match against FUT Esports, so they shouldn’t have any trouble reaching the playoffs.

Team Vitality has an extremely strong roster, with ZywOo, apEX, and flameZ standing out at recent tournaments.

Astralis

Danish Esports team Astralis has won 4 major Counter-Strike titles and recently became an official Stake Esports partner. Despite not winning any major tournaments in recent years, they came 3rd at ESL Pro League Season 23 and finished runners-up at PGL Bucharest 2026. They’re an outside betting pick, but they should get past G2 Esports in their opening match to reach the playoffs.

The Astralis roster features talented players like HooXi, jabbi, and Staehr.

Participating CS2 teams to also consider watching

Outside of Team Vitality and Astralis, there are lots of strong teams taking part in BLAST RIvals Spring 2026. FURIA are ones to watch, as the Brazilian team finished as runners-up at IEM Krakow 2026, losing the Grand Final to Team Vitality. They face GamerLegion in the opening match.

Natus Vincere could pose a threat at BLAST Rivals Spring 2026, too. They most recently won the ESL Pro League Season 23. What’s more, Natus Vincere finished runners-up at BLAST Open Spring, also losing the Grand Final to Team Vitality. They play FaZe Clan in their opening match.
