Better than the latest effort and deserves another chance. BABY GIRL PEARL (3) was checked in the run and safely held when seventh (30.32) in a OPEN over 512m at Mt Gambier. Worth following up. CABAO LAPIS (4) has been out of the placings last two but shapes well for this if he can recapture his solid win a few runs back, getting around this track over 410m in 23.26. Should be in this for a long way. BAROOGA QUEEN (6) scored in dominant fashion last time. Sure to run well again.
