ALOT LIKE PENDLES (2) was disappointing last start when sixth over 1609m at Hobart after a nice third at this track the run prior. Sure to enjoy an economical run from this draw. Perfectly placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. LUVTHAT (4) finished sixth at Hobart two runs ago before finishing tenth at his latest appearance over 2200m here, beaten 17 metres. This doesn't look as hard so he is a major player. TWILIGHT BEACH (8) is worth another chance after a last-start seventh over 1609m at Hobart a week-and-a-half ago. CHRIS BE QUICK (10) is also in contention although the draw makes his job a bit tougher.
