BROWN EYED KATE (4) went close again last time at Terang, finishing second and just 2.6 metres from the winner. That was her fourth successive placing since winning here. Major player. MATTYO (3) is first up for five-and-a-half months but has trialled. Capable of a forward showing while fresh.
