Above and below the reels, you will find 2 additional Ninja Reels. When unlocked, the Ninka Reels can add random elements to the game, including a Wild, MultiSplit, or +FS symbol. Aside from these special symbols, the other symbols on the Ninja Reels are non-paying dead symbols.

During the base game, both these special reels are locked but can be unlocked if any of the three bonus symbols land on the main grid. In The Mysteries of the Dojo and Secrets of the Scroll, both Ninja reels remain unlocked. And in Wisdom of the Koi, the bottom reel is locked, and each position must be unlocked individually. The top Ninja Reel is replaced with reel multipliers.

Wild Symbol

The dragon is the wild symbol. If it lands on one of the Ninja Reels, it will create a new Wild symbol in a random position on the corresponding reel. The wild symbols that land or are created can have multiplier values between 2x and 50x.

MultiSplit Symbol

The MultiSplit Symbol only appears in the Ninja Reels and will multiply the multiplier value of all wild symbols on the corresponding reel. If the MultiSplit symbol crosses over a wild without a multiplier value, then its own multiplier is added to it.

+FS Symbol

During the mysteries of the dojo and secrets of the scroll bonus game, you can land +FS symbols on either ninja reels, adding 1-3 additional free spins per round.

The Mysteries of the Dojo Bonus Game

Trigger the feature with 3, 4, or 5 dojo bonus scatters. You can get 10, 12, or 14 free spins. During the feature, both ninja reels are unlocked, and wild symbols created will become sticky wilds that remain throughout the bonus.

The Secrets of the Scroll Bonus Game

The Wisdom of the Koi Bonus Game

You can trigger the feature with 3 koi bonus scatter symbols. The bonus runs in 2 phases, starting with the collection phase. In the collection phase, your mission is to collect as many wilds and reel multipliers as possible to unlock the bottom Ninja Reel for a chance to get the MultiSplit symbols in the Payout Phase.

You get 3 lives on the Collection Phase Reels with only special symbols and non-winning symbols appearing on the reels. Your lives reset each time a wild, multiplier or MultiSplit symbol lands. The reels also carry a reel multiplier, which increases progressively.

In the payout phase, three final spins are awarded, and all collected wilds randomly land on the reels, which have a multiplier corresponding to the reel multiplier.
