ROGUE REBELLION (13) was a winner for the James Owen stable. Managed to take a big step forward at Bath two weeks ago when only denied by a neck tackling 1100m. The extra distance should suit and rates highly. APEX STAR (3) drops back in trip after a couple of encouraging attempts at Wolverhampton this spring on the all-weather. Holds possibilities revisiting 1200m. DUSK DAMSEL (2) continues a maiden. Still early days and could be heading in the right direction on her first start over this distance last month. One to watch. MAID IN DEVON (11) is closely related to good sprinter Adaay In Devon. Not without promise this year. Noted.
